Copyright and Reproduction Right of Artworks

We try our best to match our product photo(s) to the original art work(s). Colours and textures of our product photo(s) may appear differently due to brand, setting and resolution of your computer device(s).

  • You may not extract, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any portion of our products without our consent.

  • When you purchase our product(s) (paintings, illustrations and other art works), it is for personal use only.

  • You do not have the right to reproduce the art works in any forms (digitize image(s) for web, print and etc.) for any commercial uses.

  • All rights of reproduction and representation reserved to ©WanyuStudio.com, Wanyu Basset (Wanyu Chou). If you would like to use our art work(s) for you and(or) your business, please contact us via email.

Tax (VAT) Exemption and Import Duties

Prices do not include VAT. VAT exemption, Art 293B of the CGI (general tax code) / T.V.A. Non applicable, art 293B du CGI (Code Général des Impôts) FRANCE.

When ordering a product(s) for delivery outside of the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply to your purchase. You are responsible to any additional charges for customs clearance.

Return and Refund Policy

You may return the unused, undamaged and in the original packaging item(s) to us within thirty (30) days of receipt. If the returning product(s) meet the requirements, we will process the refund to you. The refund does not include delivery cost. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Proof of return shipping (tracking number and(or) mailing receipt) is required. Commission work(s) and personalised item(s) are not refundable. 

 

Payment Policy

 We accept payments via Paypal and Bank Wire Transfer. We do not ask your credit card information for your order.

We offer our product(s) to adults only. Minors (under the legal age of your state of residence) may use our Service only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
