SHIPPING

• Calendar will be shipped in A4 envelope.
• Shipping within 2-3 days after your payment clearing.
• We use LaPoste (suivi lettre ) with recorded delivery.

• For delivery(s) within the European Union, 5-7 days.

• For delivery(s) outside the European Union, 7-15 days. (We are not responsible for any delays due to the import customs and duties.)

• We will send the tracking number and a link to follow your delivery  to your e-mail.

 

RETURNS

• We gladly accept returns.

• Please e-mail us within 14 days of delivery with a brief message of the reason of return.

• Ship unused / undamaged item(s) back within 30 days of delivery.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Online Payment

• We accept Paypal payment option for ordering in our online store.

 

Offline Payment (members only)

Request Offline Payment Form

If you choose to pay offline:

• Bank Wire Transfer (international)
• Offline payment process may take 1 to 2 weeks for receiving your fund.

How to pay Offline:

1. Fill out the Request Offline Payment Form
2. We will provide you with our bank IBAN/SWIFT and Address in a private email.
3. The artwork you selected will be reserved for you for 3 days. (which means people can not buy it online).
4. Within 3 days, Email us a proof of fund transfer (a photo of your transfer receipt, copy of chéque and etc.) As soon as we receive your proof of fund transfer, the artwork you wish to purchase will be reserved for you up to 15 days (for your payment to be cleared).
5. If we dont hear from you after 3 days after we send you our payment method email, the artwork will be available for sale in our online store.
